i can write an essay here about that but seriously, dont aim to high

tried to sell a 15% -5 fellblade once to a guy.. he was ranked pvp, wanted to buy for 300 gold

and think about: how many monks will rather lose 5 energy to gain 5 armor while they can just get a +5 armor while enchanted mod on a staff?

try 5-10k.. and go to pvp area to spamm!

even if you dont meet the req. you still get a +2 energy gain so its no good for monks in pvp. They need it to give a negative energy , the only thing i know which does this is a offhand from cities of ascalon which gives you - 2 energy overall. so its useless
